download some pre-application paperwork. This is optional, but it will help to speed up the
process.

consultant will contact you during the time that you specified in the form.
At that point, you can arrange for a personal tour of Pleasant
Hills, discuss any questions that
you might have, or find out more about the Pleasant Hills community.
